Spinach Roti

INGREDIENTS:
Palak: washed around 2 cup
Wheat flour: 1 cup
Garlic:3 to 4
Cumin seeds:1/2 teaspoon
Water: for kneading the dough.

PROCEDURE:
Wash the spinach under running water .
Cut out the stem and keep it aside.
In a medium heat place a pan add the chopped palak followed by garlic and cumin seeds.
Sauté for a minute till the leaves get dried up.
Grind the spinach leaves in a mixer with little water into a smooth puree.
Let’s make the dough for the paratha.
In a wide bowl add in the wheat flour the spinach puree and salt .
Mix well and knead into smooth dough.
Take a lemon size dough and roll into a thin paratha size.
Heat a pan with medium heat fry the parathas on both the sides till golden brown.
Serve hot.
