Green chilly :2
Coriander leaves: garnishing
Ginger garlic grated: as needed
Tomato ketchup:1 tsp.
Chilly sauce: as needed.
Pepper powder: to taste
Oil for frying
In a wide pan heat a little oil.
Add in ginger garlic grated.
Sauté for while add in the onions.
When the onions turn little brown.
Add in the capsicum and sauté for a while.
Add in the sauce and mix well ,add pepper powder as per taste.
At last add in the left over idlis slowly mix well.
Add in salt to taste.
Garnish with coriander leaves.
