Groundnut Smoothie | നിലകടല സ്മൂത്തി
Ingredients :
Groundnut – 30-35 gm
Banana – 3 Nos
Honey – 2 teaspoon
Preparation :
Soak groundnut for 4-6 hours. Add the groundnut to a mixer after draining the water. Add the banana and honey then blend it. Optimally can add water to loosen the mix.
It’s ready to have, enjoy the smoothie.
A healthy breakfast recipe.
Note : Instead of banana can use any seasonal fruit.
