Prawns Biriyani

1)Prawns -small portion
Turmeric – 1/4 tsp
Chilly powder-1/2tsp
Ginger garlic paste -1 tsp
Lemon juice
Salt
Mantinate the prawns with above ingredients for half an hour. And shallow fry the prawns .
Masala

Ginger garlic paste -1 1/2 tsp
Green chilly crushed-1tsp
Garam masala -1tsp
Salt
Heat pan and pour some oil then add the onions then add ginger garlic paste. when it becomes light brown add green chilly and tomatoes and finally add the garam masala and little water to the mix.when it becomes a thick gravy add prawns and cook for 10 min in low flame.

3)Cashew nuts and raisins
Coriander leaves

Fry the onion,cashews and raisins in ghee .
Rice
4)All spices
Rice -2 cup
Pour little ghee in a vessel and fry the spices then add the rice and fry it for some time then add water and cook the rice.

Put one layer of rice in the vessel then put the prawns mixture add some coriander leaves,raisins,cashews,lit
