Kallumakkaya Fry
Method:
Heat some Coconut Oil in a pan and add Onion, ginger, green chili ,Garlic and Curry Leaves.
Saute until Onions turn light golden brown in color.
Add coriander powder,Chilli,Turmeric, Black Pepper and Garam Masala.
Saute until raw smell is gone.
Add boiled Mussels / Kallumakkaya and Coconut flakes optional mix everything together.
On medium low flame fry Mussels until its dried and fried according to your taste.
