Fish Pickle മീൻ അച്ചാർ

Fish -2 kg ( I used here tuna/ Choora)
Garlic- around 60-70 pods
Ginger sliced 500 gm
Green chilles sliced
Curry leaves
Chilly powder 6 tbsp
Tumeric powder 1tsp
Fenugreek powder 1 tsp
Pepper powder 4 tsp
Vinegar
Salt to taste
Oil

Preparation

Clean and cut the fish into small cubes and marinate them with salt turmeric powder and 4 tsp
Pepper for least 30 mins fry them in oil keep aside.
In another pan pour some oil and shallow fry the ginger garlic green chilles and curry leaves .Now splutter mustard seeds in remaining oil and remove from heat and add chilli powder and fenugreek powder mix well add the fried fish and mix again add salt and vinegar and mix again bring to boil and switch off if you like to have more gravy you can add 1/2 cup hot water and heat it store in airtight container when it cook down completely Fish Pickle മീൻ അച്ചാർ Ready
