Next time when u make dosa,soak some extra urad dal(uzhunnu).
Add some maida to the uzhunnu batter till its thick enough to be squeezed through a plastic cover(like milma or sandwich bag).
Add a pinch of orange food colour and baking soda.
Turn sides after approx 30 seconds.Soak in semi thick sugar syrup(as thick as oil) immediately.
