Next time when u make dosa,soak some extra urad dal(uzhunnu).

Add some maida to the uzhunnu batter till its thick enough to be squeezed through a plastic cover(like milma or sandwich bag).

Add a pinch of orange food colour and baking soda.

Now squeeze through the hole in the zip lock bag(regular sandwich bag or milma cover will do will do) and shallow fry in ghee+oil (1:1).

Turn sides after approx 30 seconds.Soak in semi thick sugar syrup(as thick as oil) immediately.
