Egg Kabab എഗ്ഗ് കബാബ്


Hard-boiled eggs – 4 nos
Cornflour – 1 table spoon
Egg – 1, beaten, for dipping
Breadcrumbs – 1 cup or as required for coating
Oil for deep frying
For the masala
Minced chicken breast 200 grams
Onion. 1 big
Chopped coriander leaves
Green chilies – 2 nosor as per your heat preference
Garlic – 5cloves
Ginger – a small piece

Pepper powder 1/2 tea spoon
Garam masala 1/4 tea spoon
Chilli powder. 1/4 tea spoon
Oil for deep fry

Grind all the ingredients together.

Now grease your palm and roll out a medium sized ball from the prepared chicken mixture. Flatten it your palms and place an egg inside and cover with the chicken masala. Shape it well within your palm.
Repeat the same with the remaining eggs.
Now take each prepared kebabs and dip in egg mixture. Roll in bread crumbs
Heat oil in a wok for deep frying. Slide each ball in the medium hot oil (oil must be medium hot) and fry until browned. Serve warm
