Mango-Walnut Bread

Ingredients

All Purpose Flour (Maida) – 2 cup
Mango Puree – 1 cup
Walnut (chopped) – 1 cup
Sugar – 1 cup (powdered)
Egg – 3 nos:
Baking powder – 1 tsp
Baking soda – 1 tsp
Cinnamon powder – 1/2 tsp (optional)
Vanilla essence – 1/2 tsp (optional)
Refined Oil- 100 ml.
Preparation Method

Dust the chopped walnut with 1 tbsp maida and keep aside.
Preheat the oven at 350 degree F.
In a bowl mix together 2 cups of flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and cinnamon powder.
Beat together the eggs, vanilla essence and oil in a large bowl.
Add dry ingredients slowly to the egg mixture and mix well.
Add the mango puree and walnut and incorporate well with a wooden spatula.
Grease loaf pan and pour the mixture.
Bake for 55-60 mins:, until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Take the bread from oven and allow it cool in the pan for 10-15 mins:.
Cut into slices and enjoy the delicious, crunchy home made Mango-Walnut Bread is Ready 🙂
