Recipe :
2 cups ragi powder, 1 cup wheat flour, 1 cup jaggery or brown sugar ( boil and strain ) , 1 tsp cardamom powder, pinch of salt , pinch of baking powder. Mix it to a pasty not liquidy consistency! Keep in fridge overnight to get caramalized in cold ( gives you the real flavor)
Make appams in intalium chateee so less oil is attached to the appams
